Randomly Generated missions can be created using the billboard on the side of the Gas Station. Many of these will require the trailer located behind the gas station, or the orange container trailer North of the auto parts store.
To load a heavy object onto a flatbed trailer, park next to the object and use [E]. To unload, park next to the unloading area and interact with the cargo using [E].
